OUR OBJECTIVES

At Excalibur Coaching & Fitness, we’re more than just a training program — we’re a community committed to helping kids grow stronger, faster, and more confident through sport and movement. Founded by Shaka Hilton, a leader passionate about developing both athletic skills and character, our two core programs — Boys & Girls Flag Football and Fitness & Agility Training for Kids — are designed to build not only physical abilities but also life lessons like teamwork, discipline, and resilience.

Whether it’s learning to compete on the flag football field or mastering agility drills, every session is built around fun, encouragement, and personal growth — because when kids enjoy the process, they develop a lifelong love for fitness and a mindset for success.

FLAG FOOTBALL

Flag football is a fast-paced, exciting way to build athleticism, teamwork, and game IQ — all without the contact of tackle football. Players develop speed, agility, coordination, and strategy while competing in a fun and inclusive environment. It’s the perfect sport for anyone looking to stay active, build confidence, and experience the thrill of team competition.

FITNESS & AGILITY

Our Fitness & Agility program helps children develop speed, coordination, strength, and body control through age-appropriate training. Designed to support all sports or simply encourage lifelong fitness, sessions are fun, high-energy, and focused on building a positive mindset around movement. Kids gain not only physical skills, but also confidence and resilience they’ll carry into every area of life.

FLAG FOOTBALL

Soccer offers a vibrant blend of energy and strategy, inviting participants to test their physical limits and sharpen their minds. The sport rewards quick reflexes, clever footwork, and seamless cooperation, all within a framework that emphasizes respect and fair play. Whether weaving through defenders, orchestrating a team attack, or celebrating a well-earned goal, players experience the thrill of unity and the satisfaction of personal growth.
